While I was walking this morning I passed several neighborhood kids waiting for the school bus as it's the first day of school here in Marietta. Boy do I remember those days...excited about getting back to school to see all of your friends. Exchanging stories about what you did over the summer. I cannot believe that the summer is coming to an end - sooner for some than others.
We are actually flying down to spend a week in the Keys. Looking forward to going out in our boat...snorkling...catching lobster and eating lots of yummy seafood. And when I get back...the neighborhood pool will still be open and free from teenagers during the day:). Looks like summer doesn't have to be over so soon for me.
