I love how God knows just what needs to be said to you and when. How He hears your inner struggles and gives you the encouragement that you need through scripture. Did you know that the Bible isn't just mere words or just "truth". It is living and active...it has breath. John 1:1 says, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." God speaks to us through His Word! Today He spoke to me.

Sweet. Enjoyed reading your past blogs too. I heard an interesting thought recently about the Bible...someone said "we should view scripture more like the love story that it is rather than the encyclopedia that it is not". Interesting I thought.
